AI Workflow Audit

We look at how your business actually runs for 60 minutes, then tell you the three AI workflows to build next.

A focused audit for LA small businesses and creative agencies. One call, one written deliverable, three workflows you can build in the next 30 days. $200 flat.

60-minute call 1-page deliverable in 48 hours No retainer, no obligation

What you get

Three concrete deliverables. Nothing else.

  1. Audit your current operations and content workflows.

A focused 60-minute working call. I look at your actual tools, your actual pain points, and where AI workflows would pay back the fastest.

  2. Receive a one-page written deliverable within 48 hours.

Three AI workflows your team can build with Claude, Cowork, or your existing stack. Each one named, scoped, and ranked by effort.

  3. Walk away with a 30-day implementation map.

Tools required, effort estimate, and a confidence rating per workflow. You decide what to ship. No retainer required.

Who it's for

Three kinds of operators tend to book this.

LA small businesses

Under $5M in revenue. Galleries, real-estate offices and top-50 agents, event venues, boutique luxury brands, interior-design studios.

Small creative agencies

Under 20 people. Ad shops, content studios, and social-media-management firms juggling client deliverables across too many tools.

Solo operators

Running multiple concurrent ventures. The people who feel the cost of context-switching first, and understand the value of AI workflows fastest.

The process

Three steps. From booking to deliverable in under a week.

01
Book + intake
10 minutes. Tools, pain points, goals.
02
60-minute audit call
Zoom or Google Meet. We look at the real setup.
03
1-page deliverable
Emailed within 48 hours. Three workflows.
  1. Book the call and fill the intake form.

Takes about 10 minutes. Tell me your current tools, your biggest workflow pain point, and what you want from the audit. The more specific, the better the deliverable.

  2. Meet for a 60-minute audit call.

Zoom or Google Meet. I look at your real setup, ask the questions that surface the highest-leverage gaps, and confirm the direction of the recommendations before we close.

  3. Receive your one-page deliverable in 48 hours.

Three named AI workflows, the tools you'd need, an effort estimate, and a confidence rating. Yours to keep, share, or hand to a team member.

What I've shipped

The audit comes from inside the work, not above it.

A short read on what I actually build. The same patterns inform the recommendations you'll receive.

  1. MCP-connected AI workflow architecture.

I operate Claude and Cowork as a daily layer across Notion, Asana, Calendly, Cloudflare, Shopify, Adobe, Canva, YouTube, Meta, Gmail, Drive, and MailerLite. Tools composed selectively per task, not bolted together.

  2. Governance-grade prompt engineering.

I wrote a production YouTube Studio Chrome extension execution prompt with explicit safety rails: stop-and-confirm gates before Save, Publish, or Post, no permission writes, no auto-deletes, no auto-comments. Built for live environments where mistakes have consequences.

  3. Production-grade CRM and operations architecture.

I designed a multi-database Notion system with 30 structured taxonomies and 8 saved-view pipelines (mansion roster, mentorship pipeline, client-brief match, hot list) plus a linked entity database. CRM-grade structures that replace spreadsheet and DM-thread operations at scale.

FAQ

A few things people ask before they book.

What kinds of businesses is this best for?

LA small businesses under $5M in revenue and small creative agencies under 20 people. The audit lands hardest with operators who already use multiple SaaS tools (Notion, Asana, Gmail, Drive, Shopify, and similar) and feel the cost of switching between them every day.

What do I need to prepare before the call?

The intake form takes about 10 minutes. List your current tools, your single biggest workflow pain point, and what you want from the audit. The more specific the pain point, the more useful the deliverable.

What if I don't end up implementing any of the recommendations?

You keep the written deliverable. It is yours to share with a team member, a consultant, or a future hire. No follow-up obligation, no nagging emails.

Do you build the workflows for me?

Not as part of the $200 audit. The audit identifies the three workflows and scopes them. If you want me to build them, that is a separate paid engagement, sized to the workflow.

Is this just ChatGPT prompts?

No. The deliverable covers MCP-connected workflows across the tools you already use (Notion, Asana, Calendly, Cloudflare, Shopify, Adobe, Canva, YouTube, Meta, Gmail, Drive, and similar). Prompts are a small part of it, scheduled and integrated workflows are the rest.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you complete the call and feel the written deliverable does not give you anything actionable, email me within 7 days of delivery and I will refund the $200 in full.

Why $200?

Low enough that an operator can decide on their own without a procurement conversation. High enough that the people booking it are serious about acting on the output. The price reflects the audit, not the longer build engagements it sometimes leads into.
